At PD, we strive to draw on teachings from the world’s greatest thinkers and doers. One of our favourite philosophers is Jocko Willink, a former Navy SEAL and author of Extreme Ownership (2015) and Discipline Equals Freedom: Field Manual (2020). Jocko’s Field Manual inspired our team to create our own PD Field Manual.

The PD Field Manual is a 3” x 5” booklet outlining our values, purpose, and brand elements. While our core values and purpose remain constant, our approach to actualizing it will continually improve and evolve. Our Field Manual will always be a work in progress.
