Our thoughts on this book

Who is a guidebook that teaches how to hire the right people for your company. It teaches the A-method for hiring A-Players and the five F’s to sell them on joining your team. Be persistent. Also how to create scorecards for new candidates and grading them using quantifiable metrics. Plus how to watch for red-flags on risky candidates, conduct a series of interviews, and when use the threat of reference checks.

I would recommend this book to help anyone that is engaged in hiring, but especially for top executives hiring managers. There are many valuable lessons that can be implemented here as the PD team expands. These tips will be key as we get further into the mindset of constantly hiring.
