Author of Crossing The Chasm, Geoffrey A Moore kills it in the book Zone To Win. This is a serious playbook for organizations struggling to build their next-tier disruptive product(s) while at the same time threatened by disrupters looking to conquer market share.

Four zones, three horizons, offensive and defensive plays, risks and opportunities – Moore combines research and consulting from various tech giants. If you ever wondered who Marc Benioff of Salesforce hires as a consultant, wonder no more: It’s Geoffrey Moore.

163 pages, pretty intense, but able to tackle it in three sittings. Similar to the last book (Consumption Economics), it’s like I was learning to manage an aircraft carrier while paddling a canoe. A great read.
