Role: Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top talent to join our dynamic team. You thrive in identifying the right fit for various roles, conducting initial interviews, and managing the candidate journey. You love to create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
 

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
  • Understanding of employment laws and best practices
  • Experience in a creative agency or similar industry is a plus but not necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus, but not necessary.

 

Starting salary

$60K ― $110K relative to demonstrated capabilities and competencies
