How To Kill Your Company is a quick and humorous read providing valuable lessons on behaviours to avoid. A few examples include, “you emphasize deadlines at the expense of outcomes,” “you confuse goal setting with strategy,” “you’re so smart, quick, and intuitive that you can evaluate a person or situation instantly and accurately 95% of the time. Good for you. Seriously? Wow, you’re even dumber than I thought…” and “You’re different. You don’t have to compromise. You also don’t have to succeed.” Haha.
