In 2022, the PDT reached new heights of personal, professional, and team growth. With Artificial Intelligence developing every day, wisdom is ever essential. Our team of lifelong learners invests many minutes and pages in pursuing questions and experiences, mentors and coaches, and guides and lessons from history’s GOATs.

Through this report, we pull back the curtain on 2022 and share our fulfillment of company values.



What is a PD Accountability Report?

Our Accountability Report is our yearly review of how we fulfilled a core value of raising I+C .

So, how did the PDT do?

Below are our I+C stats for 2022.

The PDT did a lot of learning in 2022.

Our team consumed 59 books, 44 audiobooks, and 13 group events more than in 2021.

Our I+C data helps us look at trends from year to year. Where did our organization’s focus point? How was our purpose of raising I+C affected? These observations show us how the year’s variables exist in tandem with our responsibility to fulfill our MTP.

Every Monday and Wednesday, the PDT hops on a call to report on personal goals for the week. In these team calls, we share resources to support each other’s I+C goals.

From 2021 to 2022, many of our go-to authors and instructors continued to inspire us. The data is a clear reflection of our team’s learning culture. We share learnings, inspirations, and experiences—from books to courses, music, movies, and anything in between.


Why is this report public?

We hold our leaders accountable for radical transparency and our team members accountable for shaping the future. We share this report as a reflection of these responsibilities. Let’s take an honest look at our company’s commitment to shaping a better future, starting with our commitment to individual growth.


What’s next?

As our team continues to learn, grow, and improve by turning ideas into reality, we aim to empower others and succeed together.

As knowledge workers, we solve problems and provide value through knowledge and insight. It is in our best interest to deepen the well we draw from.

The better we serve our purpose, the more value we bring our team, clients, friends, family, and the world we live in.

The PDT crushed it in 2022. In 2023, we continue our mission to seek and share wisdom.
