Mission

Transform ideas into designs that elevate brands, create impact and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to visual and design strategy in partnership with internal teams.
  • Lead design execution across projects, from concept through final delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine creative ideas.
  • Translate briefs and brands into effective visual systems and experiences.
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets project objectives, timelines, and brand standards.
  • Work independently, communicate progress clearly and manage time across assigned workstreams.
  • Report to the Design Team Lead, and ECD as required.

Rewards

  • Compensation range of $55/hr – $110/hr, based on contract scope, aligned with proficiency and capability.
  • Benefits are available for full-time contracts.

Must-haves

  • Competency and proficiency as outlined above.
  • High proficiency in standard design software (Adobe CC, Figma, GSuite)
  • A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver against deadlines with minimal oversight.
  • Fluency in working within brand guidelines and design systems while maintaining a high standard of craft.
  • Portfolio with work samples demonstrating your creativity, attention to detail, problem solving, and high-quality execution.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of design experience on the agency or client-side.
  • Experience producing brand, marketing, or communications assets in multiple channels.

Great-to-haves

  • Ability to contribute ideas and elevate work beyond the brief, even within established brand guidelines.
  • A mix of inquisitive, creative, and critical thinking.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Experience working across a variety of formats (e.g., brand systems, campaigns, digital, social).

Nice-to-haves

  • An instinct for refining and improving existing work, not just creating new.
  • A fascination with design that goes beyond your specific domain – e.g. art, decor, architecture etc.
  • Adjacent software proficiency, such as After Effects, Premiere or Canva.
  • A degree relevant to this role (Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Fine Arts, Psychology, etc.)
