Part of a larger series called Seasons, Autumn is composed of short letters from Knausgaard to his unborn daughter. Knausgaard takes everyday objects/events (tin cans, storms, teeth, etc) and writes about them through a lens in which I’ve never peered.

It makes for an interesting read, though he gets a little wordy at times. Maybe I’m not ‘profound’ enough but his writing felt forced at times.
