Written in 2011, it’s fascinating to see how large software and platform organizations are successfully adopting or naively ignoring what seems so obvious today, 2016. Consumption Economics is a heavy but critical read for anyone in the software / platform / app game. This includes agency and consultant folk who provide strategy and marketing services to such clients.
219 pages, felt like I was learning how to operate an aircraft carrier while currently in a canoe. Enjoyed the book very much, though I will admit, it’s not most people’s cup of tea.
