I’m glad I went with audiobook for this book. Beautifully written and relaxing and easy to listen to. I LOVED listening to this book before bed. It is a book based on the Buddhist concept of finding happiness and maintaining mindfulness. It serves as a reminder to perform everyday tasks with awareness.
Practicing mindfulness of our present moment brings positivity. It teaches you how to slow down, breathe deeply, and smile!
