Surprising insights like net-positive productivity for sick employees to come to work and get others sick, and how 4 seemingly unproductive team members were key influencers of total productivity in a firm.
People Analytics, written by Ben Waber, PhD, uncovers some surprising truths about what makes an organization productive, and of course, the importance of tracking data.
201 pages, pretty easy read. Lots of great nuggets, but did feel there were one too many plugs for Waber’s product the Sociometric Badge. That said, I’d be down to purchase and use the badge, which tracks an insane amount of data.
