This book was different from the author’s other books. It was very interesting and imparted some insightful information about organizational health. Simply put, an organization is healthy when it is whole, consistent and complete and when its management, operations and culture are unified.

It was a bit of a difficult read but well worth my effort. I got through and would read it again.

If you haven’t read any of Patrick Lencioni’s fables, this book is the cheat sheet. From The Five Dysfunctions of A Team to the importance of quarterly 2-day offsite meetings, each chapter provides simple and straight forward prescriptions to help you build a strong and healthy organization. Endless case studies in form of short stories are provided to drill the lessons.

204 pages, an easy, smooth, and essential read. Every leader should have this in her toolbox.

I discovered Lencioni years ago searching the web for leadership lessons. I can’t overstate the degree this man has positively affected both my personal and professional life.
