Let me save you some time and summarize what the book teaches you:
The surest and quickest way to overcome inaction, to get things done in your life, is to take action. Even when you don’t feel like taking action, take action.
Really, that’s it.
Why is it important to act? Because if you don’t take action, nothing will happen.
I shit you not, this is what a man with “25 years of experience teaching and studying Japanese psychology” (Goodreads, 2014) bestowed on a 23 year old girl with “0 years of experience teaching and studying Japanese psychology” (Me, 2018).
In Kech’s defense, there is some sprinkling of Japanese philosophy but no more than what is found in a yoga studio in Liberty Village.
