As a huge believer of social media and genuine care and love for your customer, this book resonated, with thought like, “duh, of course!” However, I see brands and organizations falling short of Gary’s wise words far too often. Published in 2011, this book still needs to be read in 2016 by many executives, owners, and brand advocates. Still relevant, still on point.
