We have a great problem to solve: Many of our clients are entering the great crunch time leading up to their annual flagship conferences. Their work continues mounting, their timelines shrinking, and their internal pressure seems unbearable.

We have two options: turn away our clients who count on us for the support they can’t get elsewhere, or roll up our sleeves and do whatever it takes to lighten the load.

At PD, we always choose the latter because we’re made to handle pressure. At PD, we believe in Doing the Impossible. How? With unconventional thinking, nimble doing, and dependable teamwork.

Thoughts & Actions

Be efficient. Be effective.
Can you crush a 60-minute meeting in 20-30? Do it. Can you shorten your conversations and eliminate non-critical conversations? Be hyper vigilant in the pursuit of serving our clients.

Postpone all non-mission-critical initiatives.
Focus on client work. Ask your teammates, “What can I help with?”

Help with work.
If you can write, think, create, plan, strategize, design, edit, it’s all hands on deck to get work done this week. Don’t be afraid to take on work you haven’t done before.

“What’s the best way to find out what work can be done?”

  • Reach out to the PM Team and Team Leads.
  • Khalid and Tracy will lead resource allocation.

“Will we opt out of WGM?”
We’ll meet for a quick check-in, opting out of Wednesday Goals Checkin, and viewing WednesdAI.

Design Team will be sticking around after 5 pm Mon-Wed in efforts to front-load, and get ahead of schedule.
Story Team & ALs will meet Monday afternoon to negotiate project resources and timelines.
Ops Team is ready to support with extra arms and legs.
