Our company’s purpose is to raise intelligence and consciousness (I+C).
We support our purpose with three core values. The first being Dedication to Health, the second being the Pursuit of Wisdom, and the third: Cultivation of Teamwork.

We take our I+C efforts quite seriously. And this starts at home.
Team members are encouraged to consume (read or listen) a minimum of one non-fiction book a month, in addition to the many courses, workshops, and events we partake in. Our continual state of learning offers each of us an exciting opportunity to improve as people and as teammates.
