On Wednesday, August 19th, communications expert Teresa Easler will lead a set of Strategic Coach workshops at PD HQ. A coach, advisor, founder, and Strategic Coach, Teresa works with entrepreneurs across the world to sharpen how they show up at work and in life. For the PDT, she’ll curate workshops on how we think, work, and grow together as a team.
The afternoon will open with our Executive Team (XT) and Team Leads in a PRINT Assessment Debrief, unpacking their unconscious motivators. Then, Teresa will lead the wider team through a set of Strategic Coach concepts, tailored for our team of creatives.

Workshop Details
What is a PRINT Assessment?
The PRINT Assessment identifies why you act: your Unconscious Motivators, your Best Self, and your Shadow. This complements Kolbe-A, which measures how you act: your instinctive problem-solving style and Modus Operandi (MO). Together: motivation + method.
In their debrief with Teresa, XT and Team Leads will explore what drives them and how they can lead with more clarity. Sharper decisions, more deliberate communication, and stronger collaboration across the company.
What is Strategic Coach?
Strategic Coach is a global coaching program helping entrepreneurs build companies while creating more personal freedom.
For our FRIducation, Teresa will tailor four concepts for creatives:
- Gain vs Gap: Measuring progress by how far you’ve come, not how far you have to go
- Who not How (including Delegation Levels): The shift from solving alone to mobilizing others
- Importance of Freedays: Protected time as a multiplier of creative output
- Kolbe-A in Teams: Designing teams where instincts complement rather than compete
These ideas already live in our culture and operations. However, how aware are we of them? How intentionally are we practicing? This is a refresher, recommitment, and invitation to apply them with more clarity.

Born and raised in Michigan, Teresa earned her BA in International Relations at the University of Colorado Boulder and her MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
She worked across multiple industries before landing in strategic coaching: helping people communicate with clarity, presence, and purpose.
Drawing on decades of work, Teresa founded Connect To The Core, a Toronto-based communication coaching firm.
She’s the author of Your Guide To Breakthrough Presentations and co-author of The Power To Connect: Creating Communication That Gets Results. She also hosts The Truth in High Heels podcast, where she explores communication, leadership, and entrepreneurship with guests across industries.
