OpenAI Launches Codex
OpenAI has launched Codex, a new AI coding agent integrated into ChatGPT that can write, edit, and explain code across multiple languages. Designed to function like a collaborative programming assistant, Codex can work with users in real time to build software, debug errors, and automate repetitive coding tasks. Unlike previous tools, Codex combines natural language understanding with code execution, making it more interactive and useful for developers. OpenAI says the goal is to turn AI into a true coding partner. It’s now available to Pro and Team users inside ChatGPT.

ChatGPT’s Life-Long Memory Plan Raises Eyebrows
OpenAI CEO Sam Altman has shared plans for ChatGPT to eventually remember everything about a user’s life—past conversations, preferences, even behavior patterns—creating a persistent, personalized AI assistant. OpenAI frames this as a way to boost usefulness and reduce the need for repeated inputs, but critics see it as a privacy minefield. The idea has sparked debate about data ownership, consent, and surveillance. As AI assistants become more integrated into daily life, the line between helpful and invasive is getting harder to define.

@nart_real OpenAI Sam Altman is a certified AI tech bro who thinks it’s is perfectly normal for you to just go to ChatGPT for all of your life advice and direction. Who needs real life connections with actual people when you can ask an electric box what your next big life move should be? This started as a way to make jobs easier and improve our way of living, and now it’s just turning into a really sad, dystopian therapist. Even then, ChatGPT is not a therapist, it’s not even a person. I’m calling it right now, 10 years from now, people are going to be developing some really bad behavioral health problems from over-reliance on AI. Can AI be a very useful tool? Sure. Can AI replace human connections, and should it be used to determine the trajectory of your life? Absolutely not. #ai #openai #samaltman #pcgaming #web3 ♬ Hip Hop with impressive piano sound(793766) – Dusty Sky

Can You Trust AI Chatbot Answers?
As AI chatbots like xAI’s Grok, Meta AI, and Google’s Gemini become more popular, concerns are growing about the accuracy and reliability of their responses. While these tools are improving rapidly, they still frequently produce errors, misleading answers, or biased content. Experts warn that many users assume AI outputs are correct, even when they’re not, especially when the bots sound confident. The rise of AI-generated misinformation is prompting calls for clearer disclosures and better safeguards. Until then, verifying AI-generated information remains essential.

NVIDIA CEO Tells Students: Use AI to Work Smarter
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang says students should focus on using AI to enhance their skills and boost productivity rather than fear it. In recent talks, he encouraged young professionals to ask, “How can I use AI to do my job better?” and offers three tips for better integrating AI into our workflows.
- Develop the skill of prompting! Think of the chatbot like an inquisitive child.
- AI wants to help, that child is eager to be of service, but you have to provide necessary context.
- Give instructions as a list or series of steps.
Huang emphasized that it’s about asking better questions, not just writing better prompts, and those who understand how to integrate AI into their workflow will have a major edge in the job market. His advice comes as AI continues to reshape industries and redefine what it means to be career-ready.
