Philo Launches “Triquest”

Pixel Art Game Inspired by "Zelda: A Link To The Past"

Friday, July 05, 2024: The launch of “Triquest: The Lost Crystals,” an online Scratch game created by our very own Philo (Pixel) Mokhtarzada, just in time for his 13th birthday! Philo’s dedication and hard work paid off as he worked night and day leading up to the launch, adding the final touches to his first major release.

The launch event featured a special fireside chat as part of our Friducation. Philo was interviewed by Khalid Mokhtarzada, CEO & Founder (and proud dad), along with Trevor Landon, Creative Director & Co-Founder (affectionately known as Uncle Trev).

The office was buzzing with excitement, packed with special guests, including Philo’s childhood friends from his early years, Liam and Lily Manzarpour. After the audience Q&A session, select audience members got the chance to play the game, while everyone else watched eagerly from the edge of their seats.

Surprise Birthday Party

To top off the celebration, PD and our community surprised Philo with his favourite Vietnamese Coffee Tiramisu cake, lovingly made by uncle Ryan Nguyen. The office filled with song, celebrating Happy Birthday to Philo, marking the perfect end to a momentous launch day.
