💰 Structure & Salary
- Full-time, reporting to CEO & COO, collaborating with Executive Team
- Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in office (Toronto)
- Starting salary range between $90-115K, depending on capability and competency
- Support system for personal and professional development
💼 Duties
- Develop an intimate understanding of our business, company, and brand
- Be a PD ambassador representing our culture, values, and opportunities
- Collaborate with Executive Team to identify hiring needs and formulate scouting strategies and tactics
- Translate hiring needs into clear and compelling role specifications and identify suitable criteria
- Source and manage talent pipelines across creative, strategic, and operational roles
- Identify and qualify candidates based on role requirements
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit across selection criteria
- Liaise with Executive Team to identify and qualify top candidates
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Keep meticulous records for ease of reference and evaluation
- Leverage data to track recruitment performance and refine strategies
- Support talent management programs
- Assist with onboarding newcomers
📋 Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment for creative agencies
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Proficiency with Google Apps like Docs and Spreadsheets
- Understanding of employment laws and best practices
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a bonus
