🇻🇳 Project Manager in Hanoi

Mission

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through delivery, coordinating timelines, resources, priorities, and deliverables
• Build and maintain clear project plans, workflows, documentation, and communication to keep teams aligned and accountable
• Develop a strong understanding of project objectives, requirements, and team dynamics to keep work moving effectively
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Account Directors, Creative Leads, and cross-functional teams across PD offices
• Facilitate project kickoffs, check-ins, reviews, handoffs, and retrospectives to maintain alignment and accountability
• Track progress, identify risks and blockers early, and proactively resolve or escalate issues to keep projects moving
• Own assigned projects and workstreams with increasing independence, including supporting client communication and meetings where appropriate
• Maintain accurate project information, reporting, time tracking, and operational processes while contributing to continuous improvement in how projects are delivered.

• Salary range from 20M to 35M VND, based on proficiency, capability, and experience

Must-haves

• 2–4+ years of experience in project management, project coordination, production, operations, or a related role
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
• Strong capability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and orchestrate multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with international teams
• Proficiency in modern project management tools (Asana or equivalent) and ERP tools
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a creative, branding, marketing, advertising, digital, or production environment
• Experience working with international teams or clients
• Exposure to client-facing project management, account management, or stakeholder communication
