💰 Structure & Salary
- Full-time, reporting to Design Director and ECD as part of the Design team
- Hybrid, minimum of three days a week in office (Toronto/North York)
- Starting salary range between $75-100K, depending on experience and competency
- Full benefits and vacation package

💼 Duties
- Generating original and compelling visual concepts and ensuring that they meet brand and accessibility standards across a variety of media.
- Championing clients’ brand standards and their application in a B2B environment
- Collaborating closely and constructively with Writers, Project + Account Managers and Developers
- Presenting to clients, and contributing to the development of an exceptional client experience
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
- Ensuring file structure and labelling are exemplary on all projects
📋 Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative role, at least one as an Art Director, with a history of leading creative projects.
- Strong proficiency of industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, G-Suite and Slack (our internal work platforms). Knowledge of After Effects and experience using AI tools is an asset.
- Understanding of agency processes and team structures
- Some experience in B2B marketing and communications design
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design or a related creative field is a bonus.
