In 2022, the PDT emerged from the long shadow of COVID lockdowns with renewed energy, bold creativity, and a deeper sense of purpose. After years of disruption, we stepped back into the world—hosting live events, publishing our first books, launching team-wide experiments, and welcoming new faces to the family.
With Artificial Intelligence advancing every day, wisdom became more essential than ever. As lifelong learners, we continued investing time and heart into pursuing big questions, transformative experiences, and lessons from history’s GOATs.
Through this report, we pull back the curtain on 2022 and share how we rebuilt momentum and fulfilled our purpose.
